In June 2013 SANPA called on everyone with a stake in South African paintball to take part in a discussion about how the sport could grow, and how the community could bring that change about.
Who was invited
Importers, manufacturers, shops, fields, clubs, leagues, team representatives, media and other interested parties across the paintball industry.
The provincial meetings
Meetings were planned for July and August 2013 in five provinces. These were the proposed dates:
| Province | Proposed date |
|---|---|
| Gauteng | Sunday 14 July |
| KwaZulu-Natal | Saturday 20 July (before SARPL 5-man Event 6) |
| Western Cape | Saturday 27 July |
| Eastern Cape | Saturday 3 August |
| Free State | Saturday 17 August (before SARPL 3-man Event 3, Bloemfontein) |
SANPA asked anyone for whom those dates would not work to suggest others for their province.
