What we collect

Photos and names

Team photos are published with credit to the photographers and the United Paintball Federation. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email us and we will remove it promptly.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where the law requires it, or with your consent.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept for as long as the matter needs it and as our record-keeping duties require, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Email us. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforeg.org.za).

We will update this page when our practice changes and show the date at the top.
